Usain Bolt 'tests positive for Coronavirus' days after celebrating his 34th birthday at a party in Jamaica



Eight-time Olympic gold medalist and retired Jamaican sprinter, Usain Bolt has reportedly tested positive for Coronavirus just days after celebrating his 34th birthday in Jamaica.

 

Nationwide90fm, a radio station in Jamaica, reports that Usain Bolt has contracted the disease and will spend time in self-isolation as a result. 

 

The publication added that the 34-year-old took a test for the virus a few days ago and discovered on Sunday that he had tested positive for the disease

 

Bolt recently celebrated his birthday party that was attended by a host of big stars including Manchester City star Raheem Sterling and Bayer Leverkusen attacker Leon Bailey and cricketer Chris Gayle.

 

The Caribbean island has recorded a total of 1,413 cases of coronavirus and 16 deaths from the deadly disease.
